satan hard at work

oh my goodness... within a short time frame of half a day, i got 3 pcs of bad news, all involving ppl fm RCIA-Genesis!

First, my catechumen, Yani is hospitalised, suspected case of dengue. Her hubby is heard to be admitted as well.

Then, I heard that my God ma, for whatever reasons has shortness of breadth and feeling v scared, made worse by she's all alone in Penang!

Following that, Debra, 1 of the sponsors has quit RCIA.. not sure of the reason.

N as though it's not bad enough, hubby is nw dw wif fever!! OMG!! Wat's happening to us?

During class on Fri, must ask Fr for special prayers to protect the rest of us from harm n OUT of satan's way!

Well, we were supposed to go dw to BC to view photo layout. But coz hubby sick nw, so we will hv to postponed and go dw another time. Don't really feel the disappointment coz if go dw means got to pay $$ again, so just as well that we are not gng dw so soon.

A short recap for the days tat zoomed by w/o my entries...
Fri... Had RCIA as usual, we were separated into our groupings, to my surprise, most of my Catechumen are already ppl whom I kwn =) Good! Already hv the bond there, my fellow sponsors are Anthony, Stepf and Carmen. Not bad, all I know too, only thing was, they are all not here!! But, God is good, He sent me Paul and Celia.. not too bad for a 1st session.. but frankly, i was jitterly when i realise all my sponsors not here. N we gang up with Fr Yim to celebrate Uncle Al's bday =D

Sat... Was the Rite of Acceptance, tat's when the enquiry period ends for the RCIA-Genesis class and they are all "promoted" to Catechumens. Wonder y Yani missed it, so i called her and she sounds so weak and sick (I din know she's a suspected dengue then)... poor thing.. well, we'll hv another Rite of Acceptance for those who missed it then. The Rite was at 5.30 mass, in CTK main church. Made me think of my own rite of Acceptance last yr as i "signed" Ee Lin wif the crosses..
Had dinner with Maxi, Lynn, Eugene, Sam, Maria n hubby at RTC.. Posh plc.. but surprisingly the pricing of the food is v reasonable!

Sun.. mad hse day, had to wait for mum to finish cooking before I cld mop the floor, n before I even started, hubby told me he came out of his plc n coming to my plc nw.. Coz we are meeting our contractor, David. Had to rush n rush... but i also know tat David is quite rubber time, so not tat bad, I din rush too hard.. hahahaha... finished mopping then took my shower n out i went. Reach Bugis and nowhere in sight of David. So we walked arnd n waited for him in Mac. Started chatting and walking arnd. Told him we need to go to Furniture Mall to pick our furnitre, he went with us and oso bargain (though not much use) and helped us with the furniture. Finally tat's settled. Our furniture is gonna be delievered on 13 Aug.. Just nice, can hv my jie mei & wedding team meeting at my plc! =)

Mon.. back to work and saw tat our confirmation class is gonna start on 25 Aug... sucks.. wanted to hold the wedding meeting then... guess, I'll hv to change date. Thank goodness, havent say anything to anyone else except Lynn.
