shifted, settled n working

oh well... after half a morning spent on carrying boxes and shifting and unpacking, I'm done at my brand new work station.

Partitions wise, I'm given the taller versions, 1.35m and it forms a 'L' shape around me. My back is against the wall, 'kau shan' as 1 of my new colleagues say and only 1 entrance to my small little plc.

Cannot say like or don't like, at least there are a couple of good things, I'm seated in such a way that ppl got to walk ov to my plc before they can c me, else they cannot really c me, i hv tall partitions, so even when i'm sitting dw, no 1 can c the tip of my head, I hv a cozy corner all by myself... i think rather comfortable lar hor..

only drawback is tat i'm seated beside the door so any1 who comes in thru the door may b able to peep into my cubicle and tat it's abit open so my things may b stolen w/o me realising.. so got to keep mre things lar, cannot like last time, everything display out.

The ppl here, more or less i already knw them coz we have worked together before on sme other activities, just need to improve the ties with them n i think it shd be ok ba..

tonite need to go dw to the lovenest again, wonder if the beams tat we last min add on are up... wanted to do them slanted but David says coz our ceiling n the floor curp not aligned so cannot do slant.. hv to do straight... abit sad lor.. but i guess no choice lor.. =(

Hubby called me earlier and asked me abt the latest book of Harry Potter - Harry Potter and the half blood prince.. I hv plans to get the book but at the moment nw, it's so ex... cannot bear to part with the $40 lor... *wish hubby will buy for me* =)
