to buy or not to buy??

Earlier today, I went for my monthly dosage for my skin aka facial lor.. was quite ok, nothing unusual about it. Just that i told Yi Wen not to do too much poking on my face... if not, later my skin alot of holes then on Sat cannot be mei mei de xin niang mar..

after the facial, they persuaded to me sign plan coz my original plan is only left with 1 mre session after today.. so talk n talk lor... worse is hubby was already at MRT stn waiting for me.. end up, hubby waited for me for mre than 45 mins!! Hengzzz.. he being the swt man he is, he only complain abit if it was me who got to wait for him for so long, he sure get hell fm me!! Took the shop n me 45 mins to settle all the bills n what nots... the stopid machine so long! Aiyoh.... in the end this 45 mins costs me $2070 for my next 49 sessions of facial.. I think it's not so much as the number of sessions. But rather if the products are good. After all these mths, I must say that my skin has improved lar. (It better be man, after spending another $1000 previously!) At least my marks are not so pronouced anymore. Skin texture feels better also lor.

After settling it, rushed to MRT stn to catch train to Bugis so we can go to BC to collect our gown. Actually it is rather early to collect the gown but no choice coordinator wont be in tml n if collect on Fri then it will be too late so collect today lor. V happy to c that i can comfortably zip into the dress. Thank God for that!!!

Wah biangz.. the gown n suit n the fathers' jackets are so heavy!!! Even just the short distance of lugging all these to the taxi stand, can feel our arms aching... i think ppl who work in BS must hv v strong arms!! hahahahahahaa

Rushed hm n then rushed out again, this time to meet the VG, Low. Spend a while chatting n then got down to biz. He took some of our photos and then he also chiao.. then we also chiao.. chiao to go n c ring ring.. Found something we do like.. a pair by Lee Hwa, Jorn Rainer series.. pretty pretty!! =)

The whole time i was doing my facial, i was contemplating if we shd get a brand new pair of rings for our wedding on Sat. Not that our current pair is not good lar.. Just tat, i feel we've been wearing it for so long. N I also feel tat the band is abit narrow for hubby. N also we hv wore it since 2000 maybe.. 5 years liao... Tat tm we bought it coz of budget, we were still students so not much $ and we just wanted a simple ring tat binds us together.. coz tat tm hubby also gng into NS soon.... Hm... really, man is nv satisfied by wat we hv.. the current pair serves it purpose beautifully and also it is something that will bind us togethere lor.. and it has also serve us thru our ROM.. Mayb it is a good idea tat we wear it for our wedding as well... coz of the 'history' n 'story' of our lives that we've been together ba.. but it is just this urge to owe a new pair of rings to symbolise our new lives together that seems to egg me on to buy a new pair.. hai..

we saw a pair tat's nice n rather unique.. but i do know tat the design has been arnd for some time lar... i use to not pay much attention to it.. but earlier when i saw it again, i fell in love with it!!! The size fits our fingers nicely too but rather pricy lor.. hai.. it's coz of all the installment tat we are paying tat's y we feel the pinch lar... but on normal occassions, the price for wedding bands is arnd tat range lor... in fact the pair we choose is of the lower range liao.. hai.. mine (opps... i said "mine"?! But we have not even got it!!) has got a tiny blink blink... hubby's (opps... i did it again) is in a matching design but w/o the blink blink..

Hai... so hard to decide... anyway, we said a prayer at our new hse with the plastics unwrapped of the crucufix (tat travelled all the way back from Philipines) for the 1st time.... Let God work his will on us ba... if He decides that I am being ridiculas or wasteful then we won't hv it... but if God allow us to hv this pair of rings, I'm sure we will get it before our wedding on Sat anyway.

Only thing left to do is teach this heart of mine n mind to follow what we said in the prayer!
