Was talking to Trina and sian lor... having a tummy really get the both of us down leh..
Is there a way to slim down effortlessly and un painfully? hai... my weekly kickboxing does not seem to have made me loose weight.. but i think toning.
Trina suggests getting this
to loose my tummy...
Maybe I should ask hubby to buy for me? hahaha

Nong nong day ahead..
Another nong nong nong day. (If you watch the auditions for the 2nd season of SG Idol, you'll know where this "nong" thing came about!)
Early morning had to receive students from BPS, there are here for some of the programs under the umbrella of "Learning@NYP". Then afternoon, students participants for the Discovery program.. and in a few minutes time to go for the certificate presentation for BPS again.
Gosh... so many things. Haven't had a proper rest since last week! Almost every day also have some sort of programs.
And I haven't even started on that monthly chart that I have to do for Chua BK!
Now thinking if I shd go for kickbox.. abit tired.. but growing fat. Joelle is not feeling well, so she won't be coming.. Think I better go ba.. if not.. cannot squeeze into that new pink/peach dress I bought.
*sigh*
And coz today was such a mad day.. guess what I had for lunch? Just a sandwich and a cuppa..
from the fast food canteen in campus.

We're attending a wedding =)
A few days ago, we reecived the invitation to a wedding mass to be held in
Well, the wedding date is set on 3 June 2006, Sat morning. Personally, I don't really like the design of the card. Abit 'orbit' but then again, different couples will have different likings and preferences lor.
Details of the wedding mass on Saturday.
Luckily, Debra said she will fetch us.. coz it's not convenient to get to SFX. =)
Kinda looking forward to the wedding, can c the 美美 bride and also meet up with a few of my RCIA mates. =)
And in the meantime, we are waiting for Lynn's invitation for her wedding.

Lazy sunday..
Sunday! A day of relaxation and doing nothing. Usually, our Sundays are lazing in the living room in front of the google box after morning mass. But today, it's different! We spent the day here...
Can you guess where it is?? For the answer, mouse over the pic. =)
Had a really good afternoon wif, Ee May, Zhen Ling, Xiao Ming and also hubby. We just had our lunch and also coffee and spent the day chatting away. Good, relaxing afternoon. And coz it is in the shenton district, it was not crowded but there was a enough ppl to fill up the place. Think we spent the longest time there among all the other ppl who were there.
Managed to take a few shots before the waiter came over and says that photography is prohibited coz of the art pieces there. Think the rest of the ppl who were wif me, must be thinking that I am sooo sua ku..taking photos here and there.. haha
But heck care leh.. nv come to TCC before ma.. haha
Partial delivery of our orders..
We were not even aware, but since I paid by citibank card, there were 15% off the total bill. Which means, no GST and no service charge lor. haha.. so very happy and coz the total bill was already more than $90, I was able to apply for the LIFETIME membership card.
Doesn't look too bad, ya?
After a long long afternoon there, we decided to go to Bugis for shopping, I wanted to go to PS coz I was thinking of gng to U.R.S to get that pair of heels I saw last nite when we were out shopping. Then suddenly remembered, there's another branch in Bugis also, so we went there happily.. But I was so clever this morning, already borrowed the membership card fm Emma in mass so can get discount. :P
Then I also remembered there's a "Swank" in bugis, so poor hubby, kena dragged to U.R.S then Swank and back to U.R.S coz I cannot find anything at Swank. So still decided to get the original pair that I saw at U.R.S.. and basket!! I remembered the wrong price. Thought it was $36.90 and was thinking with the 20% off, it will be less than $30.. but shucks!! It was $39.90.. hai... so even after the discount, I still got to pay $34 for this pair of heels. I think it looks quite pretty. =) What do you think?
My brand new pink and white heels.
In addition to the heels which I bought coz of the following reasons...
1) to match the pink dress that I'm gonna wear to Lynn's wedding
2) to replace my white pair of heels.
I also bought another skirt. $19!! Cheap. But material is quite thin.. NOt as good as the 'Sugarlink' I bought 2 weeks ago in ISETAN, but not too bad also lar.
on 2nd thouhts, it looks like PJ's.. hmmm.. =S
*Sigh* I went for a confession today. The priest was Fr Robert. I confessed that I had broken a promise that I swear to keep secret but I broke that promise and I also confessed that I loose my temper at hubby very often. I thought Fr will harp more on my breaking a promise.. but instead he talked to me more on loosing my temper at hubby and also told me to ctrl, ctrl and to have good talks wif him instead.
Maybe to me, the main reason of gng for the confession is coz that I broke the promise and not on the issue wif hubby.. So I was quite taken aback when Fr spent so much time on it.
Fr Robert is right, we got married in church and I should do what the bible says. To respect my spouse and also to love him, honour him and to be his aid.
God, please, please help me to do better than this.

We're gng on a Holiday =)
Ealier today, hubby and I went to PS, carefour hoping to get the $10 shoe rack. Hubby says then it can make our hse, shoe area neater. I find that the rack is very ugly and not very keen. But since it's only $10 then we go n take a look. But being sooo lazy, by the time we reach PS was already 2.30pm and needless to say the shoe racks are all sold out since there's only 100 pieces. So we just walk around aimlessly.
Then hubby says go Marina Sq coz there are lucky draws for every $50. But we din manage to get anything from there. I was looking for a pair of shoes But sigh... just cannot find anything that catches my eye.
Had dinner at Carl's Jr. Not bad.. huge burgers and expensive I feel but since hubby has never tried it, then we went for tasting. Just the burger + the combo costs us $18! And it was SOOOOOOOOOO super crowded. But we saw, Jean Danker, Bryan and Fiona on stage for the luckly draw promotio.
I hate to go shopping and din get anything.. So guess what I bought for today?
1st purchases fm The Face Shop
If it's good, there will be more purchases! Hubby will faint if he knows! haha..
Yesterday, hubby already told me, tiger airways is having promotions. $0.88 cents per trip to either Bangkok or Phuket. And since we have been to Bangkok, we decided to go to Phuket but we were not able to decide on the date.
Thing is, we must make our booking within these 3 days, Fri - Sun. But unfortuntely, the dates are not our most preferred dates. But then again.. to get this offer, we decided to shift our dates lor. haha..
So officially, we are going to Phuket from 27 Sep - 30 Sep. And the air tickets only costs us a total of $170.02 for BOTH persons! Yeah! haha... Out of which, $100 I will use my co's MFE claim to offset. So we only pay $70 for the air lines and for hotels.. we will cap it at $150 so that I can also claim $150 fm co. Hooray.. Will be budget budget.
Hubby very sweet isn't he, he plans this so that we can go and celebrate our 1st year anniversay. Too bad it is not on our actual day lor but better than nothing lar..
confirmed air tickets for us! =)

1/2 day work and 1/2 day leave
Worked like a dog this morning! Can you imagine 2 schools coming into campus one after the other?! 1st school came in as early as 9 am, meaning I had to be in office by 8am. The other school came in at 10.30 am but was terriably late!
Goodness.. So I had to dash here and there to see to all of them make sure that my student leaders are there and know wat's happening and that they can manage the whole show while I go n load PC, prepare gifts and goodness knows what else!
And last nite, I stayed in office till 9.30 pm just so that I can finish preparing the photos for the "Photo Hunt" for 1 of the school this morning. How the game works is acutally very simple, just need the participants to go to various part of the campus where the photo is taken and do watever tasks we have written down in the little slip of paper given.
Thank God, the game din carry out, coz the school was soooooo darn late and the teachers actually said don't let them loose.. so ok lor, we screen the Design Clips instead. Which is sooooo much better for us. No need to go n worry abt time and they get lost! haha.
But this school, the teachers are horrible!! THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!! I told the students to get back into the LT so we can start asap after refreshment, the teachers were either not in sight or don't care or join in the eating with the students!!! ARGGG!!!
Finally they are ALL gone. I had to clear up and return the LT to the next lecture grp. GOsh... soooo darn rush this morning.
AND, I still have to go n say goodbye to them with a smile on my face. I want to slap all of them!! So noisy and badly behaved and the teachers... ARGG!!!
The only good thing is that, coz I worked till so late last nite (din even have the chance to eat dinner at my parent's plc as I said I wld, heng, hubby ta pow back hm for me) I get to leave at 1.30 pm coz I claimed time off.. So where did I go?? Meet Trina of course, we went shopping! haha.. Though I was dead tired, but I still enjoy shopping with her very much! haha...
Still on my quest to seach for THE pink dress lor. *SIGH* Walked from OG to Robinsons, as they were having GOOD SALES. Trina wanted to get some make up from Bobbi Brown but was turned off by the sales person.. so we also din get any make up. But, we also did not go off empty handed. haha..
She got a mlphosis tissue cover and some cleanser for face.. while I got this...
a nice silver evening bag, perfect for attending Lynn's wedding Banquet next mth in my Paradox wedding heels.
Wanted to get Trina to go to Isetan.. but as we went back to OG to get the car, we pass by clothes section.. and I realise the dresses there are the same as "SUGARLINK" in ISETAN... inclusive of $$ also same. So took some in and try.. and wola!! Found my dress.
pink/peach dress for the church wedding =)
After all these walking arnd, both of us were also hungry.. So we went to a food court and had lunch + dinner. We had the tom yam set. Yummy leh. But not cheap. My set costs $6.30, includes of a rice, veg, soup and fish. Trina's abt $5 and instead of fish, hers was chicken. Not bad. Had a long chatting session wif her abt re-ships . I enjoy these sessions with her, mayb it's coz we are all women, so we find that we can relax ourselves just by sitting down and having a good chat. It helps us to relax, destress and most impt of all, gets us to be more aware of our own feelings and thoughts. Women need to talk to unwind.
After at least 1 hour there, she drove me back to campus coz I had netball practise. Not many members were here so we just anyhow play sme games and then call it a night. Tat's when I dashed hm to bathe and get ready for the movie, "The Da Vinchi Code". I won't have gone if it wasn't FOC. And I'm regretting that I went to watch it. Lousy movie! The book is much much nicer than the show. But still, I don't encourage ppl to go n watch. Coz it slanders the Catholic church by saying that all the facts are real. Bull! None of it is real!
Lengthy movie. Full of dialogue... Not nice. Not worth the ticket price at all!
Manage to catch 162 back and we went for supper at the KPT before heading home. On the way home.. was upset at hubby for something.. cannot even remember wat now.
Dead beat.. blog another time.

Another purchase...
I'm struck by the "purchasing" wind once again.
But.. hm... I think this time it cannot be qualified as a 'purchase'? Coz, last nite I went for my weekly dosage of Kickboxing and I signed up for another package. $100 for the next 12 sessions.
And since, this is something that will keep me fit and healthy, I decided not to qualify it as "Purchase" ha!
My official receipt for the next 12 sessions of kickbox.
A few days ago, I was surfing the web and found a shoe bag on offer.. So I decided to ask hubby to bid it for me.. and today is the collection day. Will be meeting the girl at YCK at abt 1 pm and once I got it will post the pic here too.. haha
It's acutally v v v big.. there's still enough space for 2 pairs of sandals after I put in my trainers!
and my "student card" which the staff will strike off a number each time i go.
And YOU KNOW WHAT?! Today is also the ISETAN private sale. And I want to stock up my purchase of Fancl!! Coz some of the items are having 50% off the second piece! But sucks, sucks and double sucks! I have a FULL day of program line up at work! Cannot go and get it.
Godma says she may or may not go, so I really don't know if she can go. But anyway, I have emailed her a list of the itmes that I want her to get for me.
a print screen of the items. But hmmm... I think it is not clear.. I shall copy and paste it here as well.
Fancl items
(to be used on face)
1) Fenatty Skin Lotion (S) - Toner x 4 bottles
2) Fenatty Milky Lotion (S) - Moisturizer x 4 bottles
3) Belmeil Skin Care Base Green - Make up base x 4 tubes
4) Cleartune Acne Care Essence x 4 tubes

6) FANCL Eye Serum x 2 tubes

Ol' habits die hard
2nd day in my old office.. and halfway thru working, I was overcome with this urge to go shopping... so what do I do?
MSN Trina of course.. haha... well, she happened to be free and so we went shopping. heee...
Had my 1st ever burger fm Carl's Jr.. Nice. But still tastes abt the same as any other beef burgers I feel but the price is darn ex!! $8 for THAT mushroom burger. As usual, we chat and eat lor. Then after that, we went to walk around in the hope of me getting THE lavender dress.. sigh... no sign of it at all..
Was out only for a short while lar.. i feel.. then on the way back, I ask her to send me to the photo studio for me to collect some photos for the photo hunt coming our way on Friday morning.. then came back to office..
And then I saw the MSN tat Lynn left me. The conversation supossedly between me, Godma and Lynn went like this.
Lynn: Hi ladies!
Godma: Hi!
Lynn: I hope you all have not bought anything lavender yet coz I went shopping and I din see anything lavender.....Jie Mei's decided to change to PINK.
Godma: Haven't... yar, pink easier to find...
Lynn:.... OK! gotta go get busy now. *went offline*
After I came back and read the above.. I was like -_-"... after I went searching for THE lavender dress now she came back and change. But heng lar, at least
1) I haven't bought anything
2) PINK is sooooo much easier to find than lavender
So with effect from today, I am out on a quest to look for PINK dress! Pray I have better luck with THE pink dress rather than lavender! *whew*
And what can I say about sneaking out during office time?? "old habits die hard" lor. But.. heee... to console myself abit, I did do some work, I made arrangements for the mineral water via sms and also collected the photos meant for work.. Though I must admit, I took a long long long time.
AND my purchase for the day?
A cute little powdered blusher highlighter!
The actual name is call "Fun Fun Pop Cheek"

A meal prepared by...
Today, I don't have to rush home to prepare dinner.. Y? U may ask.. Well, coz hubby was tooo lazy to go to work, so he is gng to call in sick and thus, he promised me that he will get dinner ready for us by the time I get home from work. Sweet Hubby! =)
So early this morning, I woke up and prepare the soup and just left it in the slow cooker. And since my usual practise is to marinate the meat the moment I get home from market, hubby just need to cook it.
And since, he has never cook a meal by himself, I just told him how and what to do and the rest he did it himself. To make matters simpler, we had steam chicken with garlic, boiled vegetables, soup and rice.
Steaming chicken is easy, just put all the garlic over it and put into the rice pot while the rice is being cooked. Veg just boil. So hubby was very happy that he manage to cook me a meal.
I'm also happy that I finally get to eat a meal "prepared" by Hubby.
吃在嘴里,甜在心里! =)
Wld have been better if he had also clean up everything including washing up and wipping the table.. ha! But no such luck. So instead of him washing up, I washed up. Which means it is fair and square for both parties! =)
Well done, hubby. Nt time, cook more ok?

Happy Mothers' Day!
Mothers' Day.. A day for those sales ppl out there to take $ fm my own pocket to be placed into theirs. Humph!
And since it falls on a Sunday, we still went for our mass at 11.30 am, as usual, the church wld have sme sort of Mothers' Day celebration. Today, we had 2 children reading poems for us all. Not too bad and the mass was celebrated by Fr Peter Koh. He was quite comical and the conversation went like this.
Fr Peter: My dear child, do you think it is tough to be a mother?
Child 1: I don't know...
Child 2: I don't know! Why are you asking me this?
All: *Burst into laughter*
Fr Peter: *searching for something to say*
Well.. not the best answer but then I guess, what would you expect to come out of the mouth of young children right? haha..
After mass, we went for a quick lunch at the nearby coffee shop coz we are coming back to CTK by 1.30 pm coz Godma's mother is getting baptised. =)
After the chinese baptism then hubby and me quickly went to our friend's BB girl full month celebration. And after that, finally dinner with my mum to celebrate mothers' day. We went for dinner at Ding Tai Feng. Food not too bad, their "soup pao" is not too bad. Not as nice as crystal jade though i feel. They were having a promotion and they gave a small cake for those who spent above $80.
Personally it looks like a little mushroom lor. But hey, do you know tat this cake is from "Breadtalk"? The box in which it came in is the unmistakeable "Breadtalk" box, even that silver card tat says "to mum with love, Ding Tai Feng" has the BT below. So, I guess, not bad lor. Got a free cake. Haha..
My mom soooo mountain turtle leh.. she actually made a wish with the cake. I mean, ppl make wishes on Bday cakes.. but hello!! This is Mothers' Day cake.. or does it work with simply ANY cake? Ha!
Mom cutting "mushroom" look alike cake.
Well, she was bugging me for this 'Four Clover Leaf" which is supposed to bring luck amongst other things. But coz this is pure suspersctious, so I did not. She actually made me quite pissed off with her in the afternoon earlier. She called me and then want me to go wif her to BRAS BASAR to get it! I told her can't, busy today and went on and on. Gosh.. finally she decided to go with my youngest sis to get it.
The silly leaf in a pendant + a necklace costs more than $100!! Goodness!! Robbery! I don't see anything special abt that leaf. And I AM SUPPOSED to pay for it! Sigh.
Quite sore over it.. but I don't want to say anything else, so after dinner, she went to my grand's hse. My sisters went home and hubby and me decided to go to NTUC again. We bought some more items and heee... Guess wat we bought as well..
Actually these are our virgin tub.. we have never tasted B&J Ice Cream till now..
and here's hubby taking his FIRST mouthful...
Verdict?? YUMMYLICIOUS!!!

We're going to the Zoo, Zoo, Zoo.
Woke up early today to go to the market to do my weekly supplies and coz I din want to slog the whole morning myself while hubby snoozes on, I made him get up with me to do marketing too.
This is the 1st time since our married days that he actually wake up early to go to the market with me. Ha! And his face not very happy but nvm. haha
Did a quick round, the usual chicken, meat and veg, showed hubby which are the stalls that I get my supplies from then rush to Ang Mo to get our weekly fresh milk and off we went home.
Once home, after I kept all the items and marinated the meat for the next cooking, we quickly set to work on the food for the pinic that we are bringing to the Zoo later on.
Together, we made egg mayo sandwich, ham sandwich and also have a garden salad. We also brought along a big bottle of water (ready for refilling fm taps once empy!) Snacks and of course camera! Once ready, we packed all in and bathed and outta of the hse we went. =)
Waited for a long time for 138 though.. sigh. On the bus, quite crowded, there are some cheena ppl also lor.
Took lots of pics of the animals there. I love the pengquins.. So cute!!
There was even a fella there that will follow hubby's leaflet movement bobbing it's head up, down and left right! So adorable! haha
think this is that little fella
don't this little fur ball here looks cute too?
and it gave me a shock when it suddenly leap onto the railing fm the tree!
And otters!!

This little guy here was doing it the whole time we were standing there and watching. It was showing us how well it can swim on its back!
Horses! Majestic aren't they?
AND those inconsiderate cheena ppl feeding the goats and other animals in the kids section! Argg!
Loads of pics more but I'm too lazy to post it up. =P
After the Zoo trip, we took the 138 back to AMK and had dinner at S11. Not bad, then after we finished, we noticed that there was a stage set up for some thing.. but we were too early, so we decided to go and walk arnd before heading back to the centre stage to check it out.
Hubby went and bought another pair of shoes. This time round, it was sandals fm Neckerman. Gosh.. He has soooo many pairs of shoes now.. think our current shelves are definately not enough for both of our "collections".
And guess wat's happening at the centre stage?? Hip Hop dance compeition! The winning teams gets to go to LA! Wow.. Not bad eh?
1 of the teams. Din manage to get any more coz the ppl were all staring at me after this shot. =(
The competiton went on for at least 3 hours.. we stood there the entire time! We din wait for the emcee to annouce the results before we head for home. Gosh.. we were dead beat!!

shopping spree
After my outburst earlier, I totally ignored hubby for at least an hour. He made no attempt to talk to me till we were in the sauce section in NTUC. Anyway I din need to talk to him, so we kept silent...
And finally he made the move to apologies and cajole me.. and being married and having gone thru MPC and also after so long, decided to let it go and we made up there and then.
Spent a while in NTUC.. bought tomatoes, ham, sauces and bread for both home and the picnic tml.
Then coz I was looking at a LAVENDER dress suitable for church wedding.. we walk rnd. Cannot find anything suitable at all.. the only dress that looks decent made me look pregnant! Gosh!!
And I also need a pair of trainers... coz my old pair, the sole is coming off and friction is coming off too. And thus, we went to 'World of Sports'. Look rnd, wanted to get New Balance but can't find a good 1... and then coz I am flat footed... the sales recommended me..
It's darn expensive.. even after the 10% discount, it still costs me more than $160! I swear this is the most expensive pair of shoes I ever owned! But hubby says the technology that "asics" has is very good and the sales ppl assured me that it is very good for ppl with flat me. i.e MOI.
And when I tried it on, hmmm.. yar.. it really makes the difference.. and so..
closer view of my new trainers =)
Well... it's not just me who bought shoes.. hubby bought a pair of "puma" which was having 40% discount.. woah!! Not bad leh. But no pics.. he din take and I was too excited abt my own to care abt his. haha..
Just 2 pairs of shoes and it costs $230+... sigh..
I have noticed that usually after an arguement, hubby tends to be more tolerant of my spending manner.. or was it coz this is trainers and I only buy trainers when the old 1 is spoiled? hmmm...
And after buying and jalan-ing we decided to head hm to do sme hse chores and then off to my PIL's plc for dinner.. as pre Mothers' Day Celebration lor. But I think hubby din tell her it is pre Mothers' Day Celebration.. coz the food was hm... all right and no one was hm except for the female lead n my older BIL who is preparing to go n work.
But hey... we saw the photo of his new GF.. Basket.. no chance of patching back with Ling anymore. Sigh...

behaviour of a 3 year old!
Gosh.. I'm not proud of it.. but.. anger got control over me and what can I say?
Earlier today, we decided to have lunch at Kopi Tiam then go to NTUC to buy some food for our little picnic tml at the zoo. I can't decide what to eat and hubby was already queueing for chicken rice.. So, finally after walking arnd I told him I wanted the same. BUT NO BREAST MEAT for me. (Hubby eats any part of the chicken except for the intestines).
But when he came back with 2 plates of the chicky rice, what did I see for myself? BREAST MEAT!! I shot him daggers with my eyes and repriminded him there and then. Already told him NO breast meat and he still came back with it! Argg!!!
So, I just want to push the meat aside to get to the rice.. and as though it was not bad enough, there were pineapples! EEks.. I hate pineapples too. So with a sudden surge of strength, i pushed the meat and pineapples..
behaviour fit for a 3 year old
If u can't see the pic clearly, on the right corner are all the meat and pineapples that I pushed outta of the plate. Threw the fork onto the left corner and was just eating rice wif the chili and black sauce.
Hubby took this pic after we both had finished. I ignored him for a good hour before I finally decided to let it rest and of course after he apologiese.
Hubby told me.. this is the result of behaving badly.. if i had just listened to him and his apologies, he wld hv bought me another plate of food and I won't have to just eat rice. -_-"
What a way to spend Vesak.. and goodness... I behaved sooooo badly!

MVP of the year
I think my hubby is aiming to be the MVP of the year at least at home. Ha!
After clearing our mails last nite, there were lots of unwanted papers and envelopes so wat did my aspiring hubby do? Crush them all into little balls to be thrown in Mr Bin from a good distance of 3m (at least).
Taking a gooooooood aim...
and off he shoots!
To say the least, he is still quite far fm being MVP.
But well.. he seems to be having fun!

Discovery
Today marks the 1st session of the Discovery Programme that we hold twice a year. Today's turnout is B-A-D, bad. sigh...
out of the 135 who signed up only a handful turned up.. wastes of manpower, resouces and preparations! And also waste food lor. sigh..
Early this morning, got to reach office and then had meeting with DSEG(E) and Chua BK and Austin. Dir said lots of things... which got me a bit worried and to be honest, stressed. After the meeting with the men, BK wanted me to go to his office and continued with 2nd round. And it lasted for more than an hour! Luckily, the preparations that I need to get ready for the "Handphone Making" was prepared in advanced. If not, I will be rushing like mad at the end of the day!
Chua BK also said alot of things lar.. and I think my days in SEG(M) is numbered. Fm the way he speaks, think he want me to go back coz, well.. payroll and headcount is still considered with them ma. Aiyah.. come what may, then I just do my part lar. Dont want to go n think so much now. V sian. *sigh*

Packing my bags
Oh well... a yr has just fly by again... And here I am getting ready to leave this dept to go back to the old dept at SEG.
I'm kinda relief that I'm gng back.. The past year here is ok.. good staff and rapport and support but just that I cant help but feel that there are many pairs of eyes arnd and ppl seem to be watching and of course besides bored stiffed I hv nothing much to say.. Oh ya.. just remembered 1 mre thing, spending loads of $.. Bday lunches, Bday presents, welcome lunch, farewell lunch. Though the amt is not very big but hey sooo many ppl here, the amt adds up to! Gosh...
Now that I am packing my bags and shifting my butt (once again) I am wondering if they will still keep me in the loop for all these celebrations. I certainly hope not.. Not coz of anything but hey... I am not tat close to them after all lor. Just that coz I am here so no choice got to participate. If not classified as anti social ma..
11 May is the official day that my secondment here ends. But coz of the Discovery Programmes, I think I will sit tight for another few more days.

it's THAT time of the month
What's more to be said?
That time of the month comes with cramps, backaches and tight sensations down under. But the worse of it all is the mess it creates when I stained anything!! Argg!!!
If I don't stain anything, I can live with the rest of the things. ANYTHING than staining! Argg!!!
Woke up this morning and to my horror, stained my bed and my quilt. Darn sian. Puts me into a foul mood.
So messy and sticky and dirty. hai..
But then again, with it's "grand" arrival, it also goes to show that, our wish for a BB later is once again fulfilled.

Affairs of the Heart.
Have been chatting to Trina and Godma recently about "Affairs" of the heart and I guess body too.
Fm the "married for a number of years" view point, if the couple are having problems, be it the fault of the wife or the fault of the man. All it takes is just a 3rd party to come into the picture and it is so easy for either party to fall into tempatation and then the marriage is seriously on the rocks! And when such things happen, is it the fault of the wife or the fault of the husband? Well, one can't be certain, she says, coz have to look at the situation and then be able to make a judgment and where possible make atonements and then to mend the re-ship. Though it's not easy but as long as both parties are willing to try to come back to each other and with the grace of God, I guess it is possible.
While fm the "not yet" married view point, it seems to me that if he strays, and cannot give the assurance or mend the trust and feelings back, then it is time to let go.
From these 2 stand points, both are reasonable reactions but what is my own stand point?
Will I be taking the "married" stand point or the "unmarried" stand point? Does this stand point change after getting married and having kiddies? I think for most women, (and maybe men) it would. But can the other party who did not stray forgive and forget the whole issue and learn to move on with life as though nothing has ever happened before?
As a woman, can i tolerate my hubby playing the fields after marriage? I don't know. Godma says, if both parties is to be blamed then shd move on... but wat if it is just 1 party? Still move on? I know my faith teaches me that there is NO divorce and the only way the marriage can be annulled is if either 1 party went into the matrimony withholding information and did not concomsunate the marriage and that the marriage was not done in the house of God. I think for my case, I do not fit any of the above on grounds of annullement... so the best that we can do is really to work hard and work harder at our marriage!
