Belated Mid-Autumn

Did not have a chance to celebrate Mid-Autumn on the actual day yesterday. Well, we kind of did, just without seeing much of the moon kinda celebration.

But today is different! We or rather myself, Godma and Bro all made plans to celebrate Mid-Autumn together @ our friendly, pretty neighbourhood park which is just stone's throw from our home, it's more like a gathering rather than celebration. Lots of food, lots of laughter, chit chat, fun and yes, LOTS and LOTS of haze!!! Coz Godma had to go for sunset mass, Bro's family and us went down to the park at about 6pm. Need to choop a good seat, we thought but when we went down, we are one of those few few people who are in the park. I think they are all scared of the haze. And I think they are right to be scared of it lor. Just look at it!!! My goodness.

We can hardly look clearly across the buildings for the haze. And the sky... looks like a dirty sheet of paper.

Really wondering what those Indonesians are doing to the earth and seriously, can't their government do something? It's affecting us every single year!

Opps.. think I digress too much. It's on Mid-Autumn that I was talking. Anyway, Bro and us split up to buy food. We had hokkein noodles, fried carrot cakes, sam lou hor fun, fried rice, sushi, watermelon, polemelo, chinese tea and of course Mooncakes from Tung Lok.

We had so much fun just stitting there, talking, eating and laughing, it's good to know each other and have fun like this. Come to think of it, think this is already the 3rd year running that we celebrating together.

The children ran wild at the park, they had so much fun eating, candles, sparkles, lanterns and playing at the playground while the lazy bums like us, sat there as though rooted to the stone seats.

It was a good nite only marred by the darn haze! And we were the earliest there and latest to go off from the park as well.
