Too much sweet cravings...

Went to Anderson's Ice Cream parlor recently, and all I ordered was a hot Mocha... as I've been eating too much sweet stuff.

I find their mocha pretty unique... the dark thing at the side are chocolate! How on earth do they keep the chocolate at the sides of the glass and stay there till I stir them rather, ermm... vigorously???

Chocolate usually stay at the bottom of the glass don't they?

Their mocha is good. Not too sweet and not too highly caffeinated. I'm someone who can get high on coffee so this light mocha is good for me!
